I really like the gold pendant she is wearing around her neck-- it adds an element of uniqueness to the outfit and dresses up the gray tank. The lace cardigan is a trendy look, and I'm not
sure if I truly like the belled sleeves..but other than that I like her style.

1This look is so me and this is such a wonderful alternative to a structured jacket or a conservative cardigan or oxford shirt.
