I hate Nordstrom and do not shop at Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack. They are no longer a good company. I support stores like Saks, Bloomingdales, and Neiman Marcus instead where they have excellent customer service and actually care about their customers.
1I always have been and continue to be a loyal Nordstrom shopper for myself as well as my daughter. They have amazing customer service and are extremely helpful. I love that i can go to one store and find everything I need. I their is ever an issue they are quick to either replace the item or give me a full refund no matter what the item in question. They have the best customer service vs the other department stores that are just after the dollar and view customers as money.
