We all love to wear jeans, right? Well what about a denim dress? This just-arrived McQ Denim Dress from Alexander McQueen has a front zipper, sassy belt loops, and just a little bit of stretch. While it looks comfy and I love the back-pocket detail, something about it just seems really outdated. What do you guys think? Love it or hate it? It's available here for $440. Agreed, it is a bit outdated. It reminds me of the jean jumpsuit days. Maybe JLo would be interested in this dress?
Meh. I don't really like it, but I don't really hate it. I definitely wouldn't wear it, though.

These actually were popular back home when I was like a junoir in hs (like 4 years ago) Paired with some Heeled Air Force Ones. Not many know about those they were pretty ghetto fab.
Holy crap!Too expensive thats close to whet I pay for rent!
i agree toxxic, i remember girls from high school who use to wear that a lot and they were of the ghetto fabulous variety. i mean, it's a cute dress but it's not exactly breaking new ground in the fashion world.
Right nica! Im glad someone else remembers this lol. Do any of you remember the jersey dress'? I think they were the worst of that year.... bleh.
Omg jersey dresses! Its all coming back...Oh the horror.
I don't like it much.
lol @ the jersey dresses and heeled air force ones. it takes a certain kind of "confidence" to wear all that!
just awful. the signature on the ass finishes it off, i HATE anything that even hints at western wear.
I second that, Val.
The back view reminds me of the Mom jeans from SNL with the high rise-not a good look!
I'm pretty sure everybody from Baby Phat to Ecko Red to Apple Bottoms has already made this dress. No thanks.
i dont love it but i dont hate it either..i'd give these a try with sexy boots..the ones on this model arent the right ones though.
yes, this dress has a "dated" look, of the 90's. I am a huge fan of Denim, but not a ones-y. lol totally did denim vests and jeans and jackets.
I'm with you, Mar. I wore a very similar dress in 95-from the Gap. Not a Ghetto fabulous version, much preppier. So I don't have to wear it again, esp for $440!
I've seen demin dresses in the past that I've considered. But this would not have been one of them. Its not even particularly cute.
So my vote is "hate it".
