For the longest time, I've wanted an Abaeté dress for when I'm in one of my mod moods. So why, you may ask, don't I have one sitting in my closet as we virtually speak? Because I've never wanted to pay almost $300 for one of these Abaeté Bowie Dresses, $264. Lucky for me, and my fellow mod lovers, there's a cheaper solution!

Once again, Forever 21 pulls through when I'm looking for a cheaper version of an overpriced dress. This Forever 21 Two Tone Dress, $23, is pretty dead on, except that the colors are inversed. It is classically mod and screams "Abaeté!" I think I'll run over to Forever 21 after work today!

7I love it especially the former one by Abaete but it would be better if it's a little bit longer. I'm almost 40 and mini skirts that very short can make us tacky.

23I just came back from forever 21, and they have both looks. But the dress didnt fit me right
(The fabric didnt lay right in the back).. I have too much booty i guess?
