Is the strip on teh back covered? - I mean otherwise how can you swipe the credit card at the store - you can't be expected to take it on and off - that would be a waste.

I wouldn't pay $10 for this -- you lose the hologram which is the most fun part of the card, IMO. Plus every card-marker in existence offers a range of cards-with-pictures to entice you. Even my bank has like 13 choices of debit card design.

15Why cover up PART of your credit card? Even if it's a cute cover, it looks horrible against another color or design, with the numbers showing. It's gimmicky, maybe appealing for the very young.
