Dolce and Gabbana's makeup muse did some promoting at Selfridges department store in London earlier today. She usually plays up her sex-kitten persona, but here she opted for a ladylike look by Dolce and Gabbana. The pretty floral blouse is tempered by a long and lean pencil skirt and finished with a pair of nude peep-toe pumps. But it wouldn't be Scarlett without some sexy — her red lips help achieve just that.

Her makeup is terrible but I love the outfit. I am in love with the tulip skirt you suggested Fab.
I agree simplyfab -love the outfit, not the makeup. The lipstick totally clashes.
I agree with simplyfab87 and Yogaforlife too. She actually looks pretty good here (I'm not a ScarJo fan at all). Her outfit is cute and vintage-y, but her makeup is on the clownish side...probably to hide her horrible facial imperfections! (See? Told you I wasn't a ScarJo fan!).
yeah, the lipstick is really clashing.
Love it. The lipstick and everything about it. The great thing is that this look is very doable for all of us.
I love her outfit here!!! She looks fabulous. That blouse is simply gorgeous.
The lipstick is a little much for me, but I don't hate it. She makes it work.
Maybe it's just the shape of the skirt, but she looks like she lost some weight to me too??
in the first picture she looks like a man, the lipstick isn't good
I love her new hair colour! I think she looks awesome, and she's looking very slim and trim these days (not that she needed to lose weight, but she looks great!).
Like the attire but the makeup is a wreck.
I don't like the hair or the makeup. I like her hair either blonde or dark brown.
Love the outfit!
i love tulip skirts this season!
I love the outfit and hair color. Not a fan of the lipstick here either, but it's okay. And the shoes, oh how I covet those shoes ...
