Millinery is a dying art, but designer Jennifer Ouellette is doing her best to keep the discipline alive. The hat and headband maker combines vintage inspiration and ultra-comfortable fits for a truly unique and modern line of accessories. (Apparently, she even holds a patent on her pain-free headband design.)
