Last time, the Lauren Merkin Tote beckoned you to the beach. This time around, this Devi Kroell for Target Gold Clutch, $30, is advising you to attend a fancy-schmancy party! Summer is full of soirees so finding one shouldn't be a problem. And looking for a purse won't be either because this gold clutch is in everyone's budget.
Unlike so many faux things out there, the faux snakeskin on this clutch doesn't scream "fake" or "cheap." The thin chain strap can be hidden in the bag or can be worn around the shoulder, depending on what look you want. Best of all, if someone asks you who makes your bag, you can confidently say "Devi Kroell;" you can leave out the "for Target" part and they won't even know!

4This looks antique. My mom has a similar purse when she was much younger. I think in the late 60's. I was even playing with it.

7These bags are already in the stores up here in Minneapolis. The clutch is in Gunmetal or a Bronzy color and they are so cute. They rest of line is okay but not as good as the Rafe for Target line was.

9I got this in the Gunmetal color. I was not sure I liked it after I got home though and was thinking of returning it. It reminds me of a giant sunglasses case.

11Yuck. It looks cheap in the store. Maybe the flourescent lighting makes the gold look bad or something. I just don't see it as classy...sorry.

14I saw them at Target today and wasn't impressed. What are they made of? I looked for a tag inside the purses, but couldn't find anything. Are they leather? Pleather? I was so excited about these, but after seeing them decided to pass.
