This is an incredibly crappy and mismatched outfit. She should take your tips Fab, but if she must keep the leggings could she at least take them in an inch? What's with the bagging? I f there's one thing leggings should be it's tight, otherwise they're treading on tracksuit bottom territory.

i would have to agree with you fab. those earrings need to be thrown out or she can give them back to jennifer lopez. i actually would love to see her in something else besides skinny jeans or leggings. the top is aging her-she is only 19, she should wear something more fun and vibrant...

What's up with the white shoes? i really don't like white shoes except for weddings and debutante gowns. Other than that, white shoes looks so tacky

X the white shoes immediately - I like the top and leggings but she looks overaccessorized - the bag and bangles...AND those earrings are a bit much for me.

delete the saggy black pants and white shoes. I think she should have worn a cute gold tone sandal, and no pants of any sort. And less bangles please.

Drop the leggings, they are loose anyway which doesn't look good. Put on some skinny jeans, a black bag and black pumps. She is trying to pull too many colors together to go with the top. The top says it all.

The white shoes and purse must go. I love the tunic though! I would have opted for more subtle earrings and a small clutch. Dark heels.

I feel like I should hate the earrings but I don't. However, I think she's been wearing them WAY too much and she should give 'em a rest.

I actually like the tunic but I'd like it best if it was a bit longer so she could lose the leggings, which are tired. Keep the white shoes and bangles, and replace the gigantic bag with a small white clutch.

It's not -horrific-, but she could have made the outfit work better. Nonetheless, she herself looks gorgeous.

I would have went shopping again. The tights, look too baggy for her, and the shirt is terrible. She should have went with a more organic top instead of such a bold print. I like her hoops. I am a fan of hoops .

Swap the heads around and they would look more like they usually do. Apparently she let Haylie dress her.

I agree with you Sweettreat that confidence is key when getting dressed. But I think there is definitely such a thing as accessorizing too much and sometimes, less really is more. xo

A few options:
1) Nix the black leggings/skinny jeans (they're ill-fitting and don't fall well on her), change the bag to something less busy, wear simpler earrings (plain hoops would have been cool), keep the white shoes. If that's too short...

2) Nix the outfit, keep the shoes, wear a LWD and rock it. And change the bag.

I really don't like anything about what she's wearing, to tell you the truth. Except the shoes. Haylie looks great though.
