Look at little Emma Watson - she's all grown up! And she's been super busy attending all the premieres of Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix. Though I am excited about the movie, she really caught my attention for a slightly different reason: all her premiere outfits have so far all been Chanel!
Clearly Emma has some kind of premiere deal brokered with Chanel, but could it be bigger than we originally thought? Rumors are flying that she may be a new face for Chanel - news that makes all the Chanel couture outfits make sense.

But let's get back to what we know to be true: Emma sporting all these Chanel outfits. My favorite is the navy Fall 2006 pleated couture dress on the far right - I love the jeweled brooch. The Spring 2007 white ready-to-wear dress in the middle is a close second, however - it's so cute on her and the beading looks like candy! What do you all think - do you have a fave? And do you think Emma could pull of being the new face of Chanel?

I saw her on Letterman last night and she was so classy and cute. I think she would be the perfect face of Chanel she is so opposite from any other starlet out there and would be a great role model.
she's a little awkward still. if someone doesn't teach her about posture she's going to end up like mischa barton.
I haven't seen the movies, but her recent media blitz has me finding her so adorable! But I agree with sarabel, she's a little awkward. Seems like more confidence/edge/life experience would help pull the couture off with a little more polish. But then again, it's nice to see a more fresh, vulnerable face to these campaigns instead of drugged out celebs.
i agree partysugar, she would be a fresh of breath air in the fashion world.
Could be interesting. Am so tired of the same faces over and over - Kate, Drew, Lindsay, etc - in all of the campaigns.
according to offtherack, 'Chanel says Watson doesn’t have a deal, “she just chooses to wear Chanel.”'
Does this mean she's going to be in ads?
I think she'd be great, and would be a huge selling point to the young, disposable income, Teen Vogue set. She's so on-the-verge. I love all her looks lately. I'm 22 and I'd buy Chanel because of her ads.
Wow, she's really popular these days. I'm curious to know what other roles she plans on taking in the future.
I agree that she would be cute for Chanel!I too am tired of the same old celebs in ads!
I really like Emma's sense of style.
She is so lucky and I think she'd be an excellent choice for Chanel.
I'm happy to see her growing in such a ladylike manner, plus she wears the dresses so well...she looks great!
teen vogue? disposable income? who is that young and can afford chanel? i'm just confused about that!
she is just beautiful, but being that I know who she is, it wouldn't inspire me to buy/wear Chanel. I am 28 and feel a generation away from this girl. i know there are many younger models out there, but they are just faces. you don't actually know how old they are, nor have you seen them grow up on film. okay, we saw Drew grow up on film...but 20 years ago!
love love love the far right dress!
I do believe that Emma Watson has some great publicity potential. She's a wonderful role model for all those young girls and everybody loves her as Hermione.
Yet, I would be very surprised if Watson is to be Chanel's next face (and body). Mainly because she has hesitated to sign for the last two Potter movies until the contract clearly mentioned she could go to university at least one day a week during filming and that she would have all the private tutors she will need. She's a study girl, just like Hermione and has made it very clear she will definitely turn towards university once the Potter movies are finished.
I don't think she'll go through with acting in the first place or any other celebrity business. Maybe later on, like five years after the end of the last Potter film...
I love her dresses! Emma's so lucky; Chanel is so classic however Emma is showing that Chanel can be young and fresh too.
Love that dress on the right 2!
She would be a great face for
Chanel...
she has become so gorgeous! i think she would suit chanel very well, even if she's a bit young. i really like her in the white dress.
I think that if she works on her posture and stands up straight!! she will be the perfect face for chanel1
I think it would be wonderful if she were to become the new face for Chanel. But even if she doesn't, she's still going to have a really bright future ahead. Lucky girl!
I think she would be a great face for chanel! She is very classy and clean cut. I also agree with your pick on the dress on the far right! its gorgeous
She would be wonderful! She is so classy!
i think she's beautiful, and while i wouldn't by chanel just cause she was in the ads, i wouldn't mind seeing her in them. i think she might be a bit young for the brand- but she seems to have a good sense of style and a good head on her shoulders. and i think, to answer someone above, she wants to go to college when she's done with the harry potter movies actually! (good for her)
She's beautiful, but I think a little young to be the face of Chanel. I would rather see Julianne Moore, etc. But a young teen line, like Marc by Marc Jacobs, would be perfect! I do love her in Chanel, she has a great sense of style. Fresh and very age appropriate. Glad she isn't dressing like a skank or a trend wh*re!
I love the blue dress on the 3rd pic
I must agree that she seems very young. But most models are mere teens too...at least she is stylish and SMART. Seems to be growing up well for a child actor.
The blue dresses are my favorites. I like the first one a lot, she seems more comfortable in that photo too.
She's adorable, but perhaps a bit young for the audience that Chanel would be trying to attract - unless the point is, of course, to have Chanel clothing appeal to a wider audience.
Lucky! I think she will be good as the face of Chanel. I love the dress she wore for the London premiere (the 3rd one).
What a cutie!
In the first Harry Potter movie Emma was a bit on the ackward side.. but oh, how she has grown up lovely! She is very cute and classy and obviously has a nice taste in clothing. She really does seem to have a level head on her shoulders which is, in a word: refreshing.
She's so young to have such great style.
i think that emma being the new face of chanel would be awesome. she has such a fresh, natural beauty kind of look. the dresses she wore to the premieres are absolutely beautiful too!!! =)
She's very cute , but unless Chanel's launching children's wear, I don't think she's right for the job. We don't need anymore spoiled brat teenagers begging their moms for couture. I like her, but I don't think she's appropriate for Chanel.
Lucky her, indeed . But I don't think her looks are dramatic enough to be Chanel modeling material. She's a bit too cutesy. Plus, I think Chanel would lose it's edge for me - I don't want a 15 year old selling me class.
As much as I would love to see her as a spokesperson for Chanel, the company has said repeatedly that she doesn't have a deal or discount or anything with them, she just prefers to wear it. And if I had her money? So would I...
She's more of a star for kids...I don't think her and Chanel are a good matchup
she would be good as the face of chanel. shes so lucky to be that thin!!
She's beautiful and I think she wear well these dress.
so cute and LoveLy,,
I think she is a nice refreshing new face for Chanel! She has quite a classy elegant sort of subtle beauty aswell!
I don't think she is right at all. She seems incredibly young, and not edgy at all. Boring.
a little something new would be good.
&& what i would give to have those dresses.
gorgeous.
I think she would be a great face for Chanel-a lot better than Dakota Fanning is for Marc Jacobs.
i think she looks cute
Absolutely vile.
The dresses do look quite cut on her.
Chanel is classic, not cute.
oh come on!! she's cute, ok (obviously she is, she's 18!!!), but for beeing the new face of Chanel you don't have just to be -cute-. I mean, just take a look to keira..maybe she's a bit thin, but at least she's a gorgeous and very beautiful woman, while emma is still a teenager, nice and cute, but still a teenager, too young..
