8I don't like anything shown here. Fringe is tacky, in my opinion.
9The only fringe I tolerate is my tasel on my Chanel handbag, that is it.
10There will be many examples of fringe used for evil and tacky purposes. It is not something that can be worn by anyone. Stylists beware. I am sure that the Olsen twins have corned the market already anyway.
