You're probably more familiar with German designer Wolfgang Joop from his eponymous Joop! line, established way back in 1979. But his second Wunderkind label, launched in 2003, is where the action is now.
The Spring 2007 collection, which was just shown at Milan Fashion Week, is wondrous indeed—both in its wearablity and its creativity. I particularly like the use of big but delicate floral patterns, bell-shaped skirts, and lace cut-outs, all of which call to mind a fairytale vibe. I could, however, live without ever wearing one of those Bo-Peep-style bonnets.
