An easy way to play with proportions is through short sleeve jackets. I like to layer these with long tunics and over long sleeve tops to create a laid back look. And, duh, it's summertime so these are the perfect lightweight cover up. Though these have been a trend for a while - they aren't going anywhere. For Fall, layer them over a turtleneck and wide legged trousers for a polished presentation.
