I'm so glad Rachel is back flaunting her adorable little self around town. While a dash of color would have spiced up this outfit, this girl knows how to wear jeans, especially these Seven for all Mankind Ginger Pant: Faded Denim Wash, $188. From the brown vintage looking belt, to the sleek black tank - and super-high platforms - this is how one should wear the newest style of jean.

Hmmm. it's really interesting that this style of jeans can be paired with platforms!
i am so excited about this *hate skinny jeans*
i just don't like the fit at the waist
I think they have a nice cut. I'm all about wider-leg jeans. The skinny jean never works for people unless they have sticks/toothpicks for legs.
I think that this jean cut can be very flattering on a wide range of figures, and I really love the entire look!!!
I love that outfit that she is wearing!
And I am loving this new trend in jeans.
Rachel has a very Charlie's Angels vibe going on here. The high waist can work but you need to find the best the overall cut for your shape. Good pairings are fitted or tailored tops (like RB's) or paired with a blouse and sweater vest. It's a staple look from the 70s so try looking at some old Vogues or Dazed & Confused or Charlie's Angels for ideas, then update and modernize them to suit your own style.
These look great and thank god wide legs are back!
Wide legs are hot now! A high waisted jean with wide legs can be extremely slimming as long as you aren't too hippy. Earnest Sewn's Whiley jeans have already been featured in Allure and Bazaar as the new wide leg to have: http://www.rarechic.com/product_view.php?id=207. I'm thinking about getting a pair. Plus I saw a coupon code (Rare25) for 25% off this weekend at Rarechic this weekend so I thought that I may as well get them at a discount.
so ugly - please say high wasted will be out fast -
The look good on her..she's so cute.
I'm so glad that wide legs are in. I can't get used to the skinny jeans. In high school we used to wear them but that was before I had kids and had the body for it.
cute!
Love the jeans and they look cute on rachel b.! And I agree with Sandra werner they are probably more flattering on most people.
I love these jeans..
nice.
Love a little wide leg every once in awhile but NO HIGH WAIST! Geeze...I can't wear the high waist! Think. I. Am. Suffocating!
r.bilson can make almost anything look amazing!
i am sort of sick of skinny jeans, but i agree that high waist jeans are not my cup of tea...
It's really cute and I want to wear that
I love her whole outfit!!
Love the look. I have a pair of Hudson wide leg jeans that I adore.
wow i like that!!!
ooh! i want some!!!
Love the wide leg but not the high waist - that makes me feel like a grandma.
ah HELP!!!
i saw a pic of her later that day
and i LOVE her sunglasses!
if anyone knows what im talking about..
do they know who theyre by/where from
??????
Yey i was right!
I love this new trend, but am in grad school and can't afford the Sevens. Are there any affordable brands out there with wide legs already? Additionally, do you think this trend will be one to stick around for awhile? The skinny jean seems out before it was in.
I Love Them!
I'm so glad you found these, I was wondering what kind they were. These jeans are going on my fall wardrobe must have list!
I love these pants. They are such a great color and style.
if anyone is located in nyc, i picked up a great pair of wide-legs @ uniqlo... they are a slightly higher-waisted pair, in a deep blue wash.... for only $59! they are a great price and the fit is great. i've gotten jeans before from there, and the quality is good as well. they also have another cute pair with a yoke and pleats on front for the same price...go check them out!
i hate those pants :s
Aren't these the same jeans that Heidi Clum was wearing a few days ago and J. Lo more recently. I'm going to go buy them myself because they look great on all three of them!
adorable, she looks perfect!!
it's a cute outfit but she needs to put on ten pounds pronto. even those tiny jeans are like pulled in at the waist like a paper bag, almost ruining the appeal.
Thank you so much for finding these jeans! I have been scouring the Internet for them!
I'm very happy to see wide legs back!
They say high waisted but they can be that high cause you can still see the mannequins belly-button. Anyone actually try them on? I'm going to check them out tonight.
Well funny enough i have them in maternity. But b4 i was pregnant i bought a pair of high waisted sevens that were wide leg, but not quite as wide as these, but the high waist isn't that high and totally flattering. My maternity Ginger jean isn't high waitsted, obviously, but i like the wide leg. Very cute!
I'm obsessed with the total package. I love this outfit.
I love her, she's so adorable! this look is very nice
Thought against shelling out the dollars for the Gingers and bought the Gap's trouser jean...$59.50 beats the 150+ for the 7's
such a lovely girl with great sense of style
i just had my 1st child 6 months ago. i had the skinnies @ first but after having a child u find that low rise jeans are not cute. so im all 4 the high wasted wide look
I have them in a darker wash and I love them...they are not so low waisted you have to worry about anything hanging out you do not want hanging out!
I have a few pairs of high waisted wide leg jeans from a few years ago that, until this year, stayed in the back of my closet. I'm so glad this style is back because I find it really flattering on petite people like me.
NOOOO not wide-legged!!! I am so used to my skinny jeans. And actally I have never liked wide-legged jeans.
I have these. They look incredible paired with platform sandals.
Wide legs are back? They never went anywhere!
Hmmm..I'm starting to like this girl and her cute little style.
She always looks so great i love her style!
