Ho hum...I was strolling through Nine West over the weekend and all of a sudden I was faced with this Linneus Medium Satchel, on sale for $35 (originally $75). My look for less light bulb flashed and I couldn't wait to share. I know the colors are inverted but it's a pretty good resemblance. And the best part? It's on sale!

16Nine West has put out the same bag.... i don't quite remember if it was in leather or canvas, but they do look just alike, possibly with metallic leather trim.
