Yep, it's Rachel Bilson, who has been spotted carrying the smaller but just as fab Zac Posen Aurora Bag. It's tougher to find online, though you can buy it at Bergdorf Goodman stores. Also, there is currently a black-and-white Aurora for sale on eBay here.
