The fashion police in me was very excited when I saw Keira in this disastrous outfit. I know it's raining, but that doesn't make it okay to dress like a bum - quite the contrary. My main man, Marc Jacobs, advocates layering, but this type of layering - unflattering and sloppy - is out of the question.
I'd first switch up those cowboy boots for a more sleek brown vintage pair. I'd keep the navy tights and v-neck sweater but would have worn a fresh white tank underneath it to break up the all-blue look. Next, I would have worn a menswear-inspired pair of brown plaid shorts and ditched the fedora (yawn). I do like the Egyptian-inspired necklace and tote though!
How would YOU Wear it?

one word - UGLY!!!!
1i wouldn't.
2I think the necklace might be the only thing I'd save...I don't personally like anything else...
3ummm
4UGLY!! She looks like a bum! I do like the necklace though.
5Love the fedora but everything else is just ugly.
6pinkgirl22, im the complete opposite. the fedora is ughh but the rest is cool!
7looks like kate moss threw up on her
8She looks like a homeless bum
9Ahhh look its the Great British Summer. Can you blame her for not wanting to make an effort??
10i would just loose the boots and wear some flats or something...
11i wouldn't...but a bra never hurts
12someones got the blues...and not the good kind.
13Okay....
First, I would have Given those boots back to Johnny Depps Stylist for Pirates (not directly to him b/c i think I'd cry if I saw him wearing them)
Wash and Dry correctly the Long sleeve V Neck then re apply it.
Put on some cute little Cuffed White Shorts
Step into Gold Ballet Flats
Clasped on the Egyptian-inspired necklace
Put my Phone and Wallet in the White Tote
Grabbed my BF's hand and..... I'm good
I like this game
14Hah, oh no... I'd probably wear it minus the hat.
15I like parts of the outfit (the hat, navy top, necklaces.) I think a dark handbag, solid leggings, non-cowboy boots (more of a riding boot) would be better. However the way she's wearing it looks lazy.
16Can't stand the boots. Why are cowboy boots always worn with clothes that do not go with cowboy boots?
17Man you guys are tough. I would keep the boots, tights, hat, and necklace. More tailored shorts, a simple muted color tshirt and a vest.
18iThere is sucha thing as Hobo-Chic, but this is going too far.
19That is messy, that is sloppy, that is tacky and it looks old, even though it probably costs squidlies of squids of dollars.
I would wear it with a smile. But that's just me.
20I WOULD . She looks good! Definately fabulous. A rock chick is a great style
21Lose the hat and change up the colors. she reminds me of the blueberry girl from Willy Wonka.
22I agree with divalicious23, I think she looks fine. And perfectly suited to the british summer. I think I might change the boots, to flats or maybe something darker because I think they just look a bit dusty next to the tights, but I love this look.
23I'm definitely in the minority but I actually like this outfit. I'd probably wear it sans fedora and with some other type of shoe... I'm not sure what shoes, but not those boots.
24Fugly!! to the millionth power. Poor girl. Why did anyone let her step out of the house looking like that.
25Keep the v-neck sweater, shorts and tote. Ditch the tights and switch the cowboy boots for some Keds-style denim flats. Keep the beachy hair and a pair of oversized sunglasses for a summer-girl-about-town look. Voila!
26I think she's very original... Kinda like it in an odd sort of way... But i might lose the hat for something more feminine.
27EEEK!
28WHY cut Rupert Fiend outta the Pic???!
Why Why WHy!!?
Johnny Depp called... he wants his outfit back.
29Someone needs to feed that poor baby.
30I'm sure she has a closet full of beautiful expensive clothes. Maybe she just needs someone to lay them out for her...like a stylist!
31I think she looks cool, I've seen a thousand times worse to be honest. I love her boots. The rustic old look is brill. I've been searching the web for the exact same pair but no joy!
Those boots are coming in, the heavy soled mannish boots that hit the kneew or mid calf.
32i'd wear this as pajamas and get rid of the boots all together, then i would give the hat back to my grandpa, sell the necklace to a pawn shop for whatever i could get and buy an umbrella.
33I like it.
34honestly, i love her look! the only thing i would change is the bag - i would use a brown (boots-matching) one! And i would wear another necklace (a less yellowish one). Beside that, what a cool outfit!
