Vanessa....the dress looks a little odd on Minnie in the chest area.

The length of the dress is more flattering on Vanessa (hitting just below the knee). I think the dress is too low cut on both Minnie and Vanessa, it shows more than I care to see on both of them.

The dress works fine in both settings but MD definitely wore it better. VM is quite petite and that dress is completely dwarfing her. It looks like she borrowed it from a tall friend or something.
