For the good number of you that dig the hipster look, I have a book you'll definitely be inspired by. Street: The Nylon Book of Global Style, $17, features 256 pages of hipster fashion from around the world.
See gals and guys in choppy bangs, layered duds, Ray Bans, skinny jeans, Chucks and the like in the streets of Paris, Tokyo, London, Copenhagen, Berlin, New York and Melbourne. If you feel like biting a look from the book, at least you know you won't run into the same hipster wearing it in, say, Tokyo.

3LOVE the book, LOVE the magazine, LOVE the style. so worth the money.
4this should be good, i LOVE nylon
5Love the glasses. Mark Jacobs has some just like these:)
6I just ordered it from Amazon. I can't wait to receive it. Thanks, Fab!
7excellent book. great source of inspiration, just like the magazine.
8Do not want. Hipsters are just as manufactured as the so-called "mainstream" they wish to distance themselves from. They're basically the new goths when it comes to a subculture turning into a *gasp* mainstream trend.
9i heard this book was nothing but the same three hipsters over and again--skinny jeans, dirty hair, ironic shirt and accessories.
i used to love nylon, back when it first came out and i was in high school and they actually had interesting, different, intelligent things to say and show. now they're just as bad as the tabloids with lohan and nicole richie on the cover, and the same slouchy, apathetic teens with dirty hair over and over again.
it's also a noticeably white-washed magazine, rarely featuring people, artists, or even models of color except for asians. it's sad, really, that such an original publication could stoop so low.
10I actually have this book and it is really interesting to look at. I also Fabbed it a while back. Nice pick Fab!
11i must agree with SoftRockStar and krampalicious. not to mention i go to an art school in SF, i have to live with these pretentious pukes! hopefully when their style goes mainstream they will resume bathing. pew!
12I just ordered this book from amazon.can't wait
13i kno this is like, 2 years too late but i just wanted to point out that Robert Pattinson is in the London section of this book.
i thought it was an interesting find
