Sex and the City 2 hasn't even come out yet and I'm already going gaga over Carrie's wardrobe. I loved her Egyptian-inspired necklace, but her gold aviators are also pretty sick.
In case you're wondering, they're Mykita & Bernard Willhelm's Franz Limited-Edition Aviator Sheet-Metal Sunglasses ($525), and they're currently on pre-sale at Patricia Field. The style was named for Franz Klammer, an Olympic gold medal downhill skiier who was known for his reflective eyewear on the slopes. The price is steep, yes, but it's worth it to channel Carrie B.

1I love the glasses, but I don't think I'll shell out $500 for it. When the movie comes out, there will probably be replicas of them all over the place.
2what? $500 for SUNGLASSES. just to look like carrie bradshaw? how dumb do you think we are fabsugar? that is ridiculous. and even if you do have $500 to waste on some sunglasses why should you do it just to wear what a fictional charecter is wearing? why can't you like it for yourself.
