I've been telling you about a lot of pink products that raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. But you may notice that today, FabSugar is wearing red—specifically, Gap (Product) Red. This special line of clothing is part of the larger (Product) Red initiative, a charitable organization started by Bobby Shriver and Bono, who'll appear on Oprah today, to raise awareness about AIDS in Africa. As one of the project's main partners, Gap will donate half of all of the proceeds from this line to the Global Fund, which supports AIDS research and the distribution of antiviral drugs in Africa. As a handy bonus, the clothes are cute too; I particularly love the Reverse Print Sweater below. Here's what you can buy to back the cause.

Love it.. will support
It's about time the gap did something interesting and new. I've been bored to tears with them for a long time.
I want to see all these celebrities actually wearing the stuff too, not just in the ads.
i copy that jinxy! it would be nice if they wore it out and about...
I will most definately be shopping Product Red, the clothes are cute and they are for a good cause
I'm sooooo sad right now.. I was checking out Gap's new outfits witch I LOVED. So much that i wanted to order them from the Internet (because I'm from Norway and we don't have Gap here)... And then I found out, they don't do shipping to other countries...NOOOOO!!! What can I do??
i'm sorry, but why not just donate fifty dollars to the charity of your choice, and buy another red t-shirt? if gap only donates fifty percent of profits then some good is done, but i think we could make more of a difference if we all we philanthropers ourselves, instead of mere shoppers who let the companies decide what organization is worth sponsoring.
