Neekoh, swathed in scarf, provides testimony to one of my favorite style adages. Simple white tank, blue jeans, and cute brown sandals, all polished off with a Fab colorful plaid scarf - she goes from nondescript to wow in two seconds.

1I will admit that I am one of those people that wear scarves in the summer time. I love this look!
2Very cute! I always think I will look ridiculous trying this.
3does anyone agree with me that something is just a little off about this outfit...though overall the idea is cute...
perhaps the tank top sould have been in more a "wife beater" style while perhaps being just a little bit longer
and maybe the shoes could be a little different like peep toe instead of strappy sandle...i think the bunching of the jeans with those jeans looks a little off...
but actually is saw this scarf in some magazine the other day...i think august's elle with sjp...and i totally wanted to buy it!!
