It's so refreshing to see celebs wearing some color, especially considering it's still Summer! Amid a sea of too many all-black ensembles, Kate Bosworth stands out in her green and navy striped Libertine for Target dress. I admire her decision to thrown on a stylish belt; it gives the frock some shape. And it's nice to see such a wealthy gal sporting something so inexpensive - $17.99 to be exact. I'm all for the fusion of high and low fashion and it seems Kate is too!
