Target has added yet another upscale label to its accessible design roster: the hip, chic Rafe New York [1] line of shoes and bags, founded by Filipino wunderkind Rafe Totengco in 1995. For the past decade, Totengco has created edgy, urban bags in the $500 range, but with his Target line, he's bringing his distinctive style to the masses. Though these limited-edition bags are all priced under $50, they look like big-budget buys. Here's a look at the line.
