8So I have a fashion related question. How does one wear these pencil/mini skirts that are bandage style and tuck in a shirt without have the shirt gather under the skirt? So simply saying how do you avoid the shirt marks or folding to show?
9I feel like this is the best I've seen her look. The lighter and minimal makeup really softens her features up.
10I don't think she's had work done... Just realizing how to wear her hair/clothes better maybe. She still looks better with a wave/curl in her hair and it's got to be long and healthy looking.

16I can't possibly say how much I've been loving Rumer's more polished look as of late. She keeps it just a bit quirky with one or two unexpected pieces, then reels in the rest of the look. Which is SUCH an improvement from her all-over-the-place look before!
