I'll admit, Fall has me totally boot-obsessed. But when I stumbled upon these Elizabeth and James Vegas Two Tie Boots ($550), I wasn't all about them. Ever since, I've been debating the look — soft pebble leather in this rich Mocha hue is tempting, but not enough to sell me. I'm too distracted by the ties — at the ankle and just below the knee, they add extra bulk to your calves. I'll stick to finding a sleeker, cheaper pair. What's your take?

1I like them, but I don't have issues with my calves. I won't purchase though.

3The two ties looks too much
4I have some like this. On mine, the bottom leather part is a smoky brown while the top is an army green suede. Instead of two ties, mine has about 5 buckles in that smoky brown. They are fabulous and I got them for $100. I get compliments every time I wear them! I have skinny calves and all other boots make my calves look bulky. These give them a chance to shine!
5The style is not my personal taste, but I do like the color.
6i'm undecided... love the soft pebbled leather but don't necessarily love the 'baggy' look in the boot tops and I think it would look better with only 1 tie instead of 2..
