Hot on the heels of handbag designers Devi Kroell [1] and Rafe New York [2], Jessie Randall of Loeffler Randall [3] has been tapped [4] as the next designer to create an accessories line for Target!

The collection will debut in early 2008, and judging from Randall's CFDA-winning [5] past designs, I expect fabulous bags with wallet-friendly prices to come out of this!
