Say hello to my new sassy babies: these Ralph Lauren Red Bow Sandals ($75, originally $255). I wasn't lying when I told you I was feeling whimsical. They're such lookers, I couldn't not share the wealth. I figure, with the holidays on the horizon, they would be the perfect bold accessory. The heel is high — 3.9 inches! — but for that reasonable price and darling look, I'll suck it up. If you're color shy, they also come in black, but I highly encourage the red.

I love, love the color, love the heel, love the price - but it's the bow that kills it for me. It's just a little too frilly for such gorgeous heels.
1Well, it has everything needed to be gorgeous... but it doesn't work...I think it looks like a child fantasy of shoes: high, red, bow, high, high, x strips, high... Isn't it?
2It's definitely on the child fantasy side. Taking a second look at those straps, they are really well placed, as well.
3I think I've seen this style in my local shoe shop for about 10 bucks =)
