I am usually a huge fan of Lo. However, in this instance its a bit too 80's/90's for me...especially with the hair and shirt...do over please

22 issues with this outfit:
1. Looks like she went into her dad's closet and grabbed this shirt. I feel it's just too ill fitting for her.
2. Black bra showing under white shirt, I just can't get behind that.
And the hair...really?
