It wouldn't be a night of awards shows on the Sugar network without one of our favorite girls: LC! Here is the Queen of The Hills in a - not surprising - bubble-hem dress - with sweetheart neckline from her very own Lauren Conrad collection, but what is a pleasant change is the teal color and citrusy skinny belt. LC seems to wear a lot of black and blahs so it's fun to see her turn up the oomph. What do you think?

1I love the dress and the color. It brought out her eyes... that I am still not sure what color they are blue or green? Anyways, I like the style also... but it should have been more fitted on top.
