You know what they say about the early bird getting the worm! Melanie Auld must have kept this fun little piece of advice in mind as she started designing jewelry right out of fashion merchandising school. And what a "worm" she caught! It comes in the form of Hayden Panetierre, who has been photographed around town in Melanie's appropriately-named "Hayden" earrings, left.
It's no wonder Hayden's a fan, Melanie excels at forging cool stackable bangles, hoop earrings galore, and charming charm necklaces, all in the confines of her Miami studio. The baubles do have a distinct Miami vibe, but Melanie keeps it a balance between local and worldly: she has lived in five cities in the past five years!
