FIT's Annual Couture Council Award for Artistry of Fashion event brought out a gaggle of fashion savvy ladies. All were there to greet and congratulate Lanvin artistic director Alber Elbaz who received this year's award.

One actress in particular stood out: surprise, surprise, it was Chloe Sevigny! This may be one of the wackiest outfits she's attempted but I have to give it to her for taking the risk. Her top looks awfully like Stella Vine's kooky creations [1], no? I don't mind her full skirt [2] and booties combination, but with the Malcom X-style glasses, it's a bit much. What do you think?
