Together with head designer Sophie Na, J. Lo produced a collection dominated by cute, casual minidresses for her new contemporary line, JustSweet. The line, which debuts in stores in March, is priced from $49-$99, so it's much more affordable than your typical catwalk fare.
The runway was bright with colors like "pixie dust," "magic mint," and "pirate pink," to go along with the fantastical inspiration - this was apparent on faces too. Colorful minidresses, bronze metallic cardigans, one shoulder looks, and white smocks reflected the youthful flair central to the look - part hippy, part funk.
Overall, the collection was a little hit and miss, but it was refreshing to watch J. Lo walk out and take her bow at the end of the show decked out in a JustSweet smock and shoes. After all, why design a line if you won't even wear it yourself? What do you all think of JustSweet?!

cute!
1I think everything looks cute but pretty unoriginal. And how many times does she have a one sleeve dress? Very wearable stuff but nothing special.
2this collection looks very La Lopez. I'm feeling most of it. And on a side note, I loved her performance at Fashion Rocks. She may not be the best singer in the world, but at least she sings LIVE and gives it her ALL. It was so entertaining.
3By the way the shoes are hideous!
4I like the dress that J.Lo was actually wearing when she took a bow the best
5I really like it. No, it's not anything really unusual. But, it is certainly all very wearable and pertty. I'll def be checking it out!
6It's cute, but like CestLaVie said it's very unoriginal. You see clothes like this everywhere!
7But it's ok, I would wear most of the stuff.
its cute! i like the black dress and the yellow top the most
8so, it's Lopez does Delia*s?
pass.
9I like the pastel colors..very nice...
Sure they aren't anything special but at least they aren't just booty hugging jeans like she used to design...
10I think it was a cute effort on her part. You can't blame a girl for trying. I really loved her SweetFace line. That was hot. The runway is really great too.
11Cute stuff, I would wear a lot of this. I like the prices too!
12Some of the stuff is cute.
13The collection is very safe...how can you go wrong with those pieces? any way its kinda cute.
14ehh not very original. i love her for putting the effort in though.
15that is a cutie!
16the clothes in general are cute and wearable, but nothing special I don't see miss J.lo launching any new trends with this collection
17in the immortal words of men on film,
HATED IT.
she needs to quit with the crap and get back to quality, in her fashion, her films, and her music.
i used to not be embarrassed about loving her, but i'm quickly losing the love for my jennie lo-lo.
18i agree with fabsugar this collection is a little hit and miss. there are definitely cute, affordable pieces.
19Where is her collection available at?
20Nothing spectacular. If I saw it in a store, I might pick up a few pieces.
21I like it... practical!
22some of them are cute...very wearable...
23yes c'est la vie...kill those shoes
24I think the effort was great and I might check it out as long as it is clothing for women and not teens and I am happy to see that she is actually considering wearing her own clothing design.
25I checked out the website. It's a junior's line. while everything is basic staples, the marketing is geared towards the Juniors market. I think Justsweet is a cheaper version of the JLo line. same market, different price range.
While i'm still young, I appeal to her Sweetface line more than anything.
Since I work in fashion, I understand where Jennifer is going. If you want to make $$$$ , the youngsters is where your money is. She's making a smart choice.
26its very...everyday, which is not bad. I would wear most of the stuff, the name justsweet matches the line.
27I would wear most of the pieces; there are also a few that I would never buy. Overall it was a pretty good show.
28I think the outfit is really cute...where will they be selling her line? Anyone know?
29I find it funny that someone who has never been reknowned for her dress sense, for obvious reasons, is now a designer - she wears clothes so she can design them? That's like saying Jessica Simpson attempts to act so she can be a director.
