Ugly Betty, er, America, has proven she can shine on the red carpet. And while this cobalt blue strapless Monique Lhuillier column dress is a stunning color, the cut isn't the most flattering and that pose has got to go! But that color...fabulous! What do you think?

i can see the look that she was going for, but i think she missed the mark. she looks like she's going to her senior prom.
1It's okay. I agree that it's a little promish, but the color's pretty.
2Has anyone seen her in this month's Glamour? They photoshopped most of her wonderfully curvy body away.
Its kind of promish is very good way, she's be like the best dressed at prom, but its the Emmy's not Prom. I loooove the colro though.

7I agree with Fab that the color is beautiful, if not a little overused. However, I don't like the style of the dress or her hair. She's a beautiful girl though, so she manages to pull it off OK (but she should quit with that pose she has here).

44When I was watching her on the Emmys in this dress, I was split on how I felt about it, and seeing stills of the dress---the color is fantastic, but the cut doesn't seem to flatter her.
