Love the dress - I like the little skinny belt with it. I like the necklace. I really like the make up - very natural and nude, but with dramatic eyeliner like a toned-down winehouse.

The hair and the necklace totally don't suit the dress, which is magnificent but far too modern with the belt an'all to go big and retro with the hair. The necklace is just superfluous.
