This is a Lady Gaga dress.

She is so pretty and really could make a brown paper bag look good but this dress is SO wrong for her! I agree. Lady Gaga would have killed this dress!

totally agree - the dress does not suit her! look at how soft and beautiful she looks in the first picture! the dress so sharp and funky... not in a good way.

i don't like the shoes with this dress, she should've went lighter on the bottom since the top is so heavy. anywho it is def. a gaga dress.

So unflattering... changing the shoes could have made a huge difference.

Made even worse by the fact that she wore something with a similar bust in a concert recently-- and if this isn't Vivienne Westwood, it's a total knockoff of the Carrie Bradshaw wedding gown look.

Vivienne Westwood's created a series of clothes for the launch of second album. Ranging from gowns but also she was in some sequin hareem pants for an event earlier this month. Basically any promotion for Echo- Leona will be in VW.

She's also creating 12 looks for her upcoming tour.

I love VW - agreed this doesn't really suit her as much as the gowns that she's been wearing lately. But kudos to her for stopping playing it so safe as she has been doing for the past few years.

I have to say:

The boots are too heavy for the dress and they make her look like Chyna from WWF.
The dress is much prettier in the Ivory that she's sporting on the cover of the new album. And finally, she could wear a used trash bag and I'd think she's still absolutely stunning.

The dress is not right for her. She's a real stunner, but she shouldn't wear skirts that hit above the knee. Every time she wears a mini, it's glaringly apparent that she's rather bottom-heavy. If she dressed for her body type, no one would be able to tell.

I also really dislike her current hair color. It washes her out and distracts from her beautiful face. Leona, please dye your hair darker. PLEASE.

really; nobody likes it? wow; I love it! the shoes are awful (they look like something a horse would have to wear on its hooves), and I wish the hem was loose instead of tight the way it is (I think that kind of hem makes a dress look cheap - like all those super short skanky dresses that skanky girls wear to clubs in L.A. - I live in L.A. so I know what I'm talking about); but I think it's so cool! the neckline is both modern and futuristic; the shiny patent leather makes it look kind of luxurious and fabulous; the whole dress is fabulous and flattering and sooo beautiful...

I like the dress but not only her...Gaga should've worn it
