The Perfect Everyday Gold Necklace
I have always had a love/hate relationship with gold. For the past several years, I thought it was terribly uncool and more something that my mom and grandmother would wear, but now gold is hot hot hot and I am all over it. The great thing is that I now realize that gold is truly timeless. Not too long ago we showed some bold gold jewelry and now I'd like to showcase the other end of the spectrum: perfect everyday gold necklaces. UrbanOutfitters and Anthropologie has the most adorable gold necklaces. They even have one that is a tree. Anthropologie has one that I adore of an owl
1I've been ogling that tree necklace on UrbanOutfitters.com for a while now. I might pick it up this weekend. I haven't seen the owl at Anthropologie, although I've been obsessed with owl necklaces lately.
2Im obessed with everything owl at this moment why I dont know but I am. Paul and Joe for Target had this adorable plaid owl bag but it sold out everywhere even on online and I never got a chance to buy it

Did you see my post on vintage owl jewelry? I put it up last week sometime. I've been so into them lately. My mother bought me an adorable pendant at a secondhand store last week but I haven't had a chance to post a pic of it yet.
4I didnt see that Ill have to check it out. Im really disappointed in myself because there was this adorable elephant necklace at this store but I was determined to not spend any money even though it was only $5. Now it is gone and I will never see it again
5Whip I love those first two owl neckalces. The one from anthropolgie is a little to expensive for me at this moment but I keep watching it to see when it will go on sale
6I just checked out the tree necklace AGAIN. I want it so bad. I haven't been spending any money because I leave for Paris in five days and I'm trying to save every cent for my trip. But it's only $18, so maybe I'll treat myself this weekend.

11I love most of these. I've hated gold jewelry on myself for several years and stuck to silver and platinum, but I admit that I think its wearable lately, in small doses.
