Today, we have not one, but two candidates for How Would YOU Wear It?. Coincidentally, Paris Hilton and Kimberly Stewart both played around with black opaque tights recently and failed miserably. 
I'll begin with Kimberly. WTF is up with those red nylon socks she's wearing over her black tights? I know she's trying to find something to match with her red lips but red nylons aren't it! The rest of her outfit isn't that bad, so if I were her, I would have simply ditched the red nylons.
Paris is committing an even bigger fashion crime by wearing opaque tights on a warm day and pairing them with a summer jumper. If I were her, I would have ditched the tights, clown-like shoes and necklace. I would have worn the jumper with cute colored flats and bare legs.

I think i just wouldn't wear it, unless it was fall or winter time. Otherwise you look like you're going to tap dance. and what is Paris's outfit? Is it an antique bathing suit? is she on a high school dance team?

Kimberly Stewart is NOT afraid to look ugly.

Opaque tights are timeless, but only in the fall and winter.

5I too wouldn't wear it unless it's Winter. I usually wear them with my wool skirts and black boots.
6I really don't like opaque tights THAT MUCH, but I have worn them before (only in winter) with a beige skirt and black top and beige fuzzy boots and got lots of compliments!

8OK, I like Kimberly's socks and dress. I don't like her "style" much -- " it's too trying-really-hard-to-be-a-rocker-chick-and-oh-hey-my-daddy-is-Rod-Stewart-esque, but the socks are ... interesting. And different. Different can be cool. But not with those shoes. Those shoes are fug. Really, really ugly.
To be honest, I love opaque tights and where them whenever I feel like it. I'm wearing them right now because I live in Texas, my office is COLD and my state flat refuses to have proper seasons. I don't spend a lot of time outside, anyway -- mostly I'm at my desk with a space heater running, so ... black tights are great. I'm a firm believer. Keeps me warmer.
But Paris -- what the heck is with that frumpy tube-top-dress-thing she is wearing? She gives black opaque tights a bad name. Just, ew. And quit it with the white glasses. And those shoes -- I tried them on last week and they made my feet look ten times bigger than the size 5 1/2 they are. Paris has clown feet. She shouldn't be wearing shoes that make her feet look bigger, nor tights that make her looks sort of stumpy and take away from her really long racehorse legs. They are her best feature, really. She shouldn't be hiding them.

10oh Jenna, i live in Texas too and i cannot imagine that you are wearing tights today! but my office is also cold and i sit here wrapped in a blanket. I might need to follow your lead on this and try the tights.
11as much as i don't like kimberly stewart, i'm kinda liking her dress...
12wakala... i hate nylons in white or black.... just natural... or without them!
13they should only be worn by girls with long legs, (i mean long legs proportionate to their whole bodies) which are toned and slim.
14i have this gf who wears such stockings in various patterns and colors but she is so short and she wears such oversized and clashing outfits, i mean, she just doesnt pull it off at all, inviting many unwanted stares from pple wherever she goes.
I live in Canada. It's going to cold from October. I still wear skirts during winter. 'Nuff said.
15I'm in L.A., and it is cold enough to wear tights today,which is amazingly delightful since it's only September. Honestly, if you can't pull off tights, you have some serious fashion problems because they almost always look cute.
BTW, when was this pic of Paris taken because although it's sunny,it's been chilly in LA, so they might be legit. Although, I guess if that was the case, she could throw on a sweater too.

18Tights are cute, when seasonally appropriate. I wear skirts and dresses 95% of the time (I don't like pants) and when it is cold, you must cover those legs. I was very excited when leggings were once again deemed fashionable, so people did not look at me like I was straight out of the 80's.

21I wear a Black Bodysuit with my Queen Size 100% Nylon Opaque Black Tights, all year round & I feel comfortable, no matter what. YIPPEE!!!!!
22if it's that hot...why not wear pantyhose?
