A little rain didn't stop Vanessa Hudgens and beau Zac Efron from having lunch at Aroma Cafe in Studio City over the weekend. And a little wetness didn't keep Vanessa from dressing stylishly. I know she looks a bit old for her age here, but I still approve because she looks comfy and sophisticated. I dig the way she tied her silk scarf around her neck, her cool boots, and of course her Balenciaga bag. Hey, at least she didn't try dressing too young for her age like so many Hollywoodians.

3I don't think it is a bad thing to have a cookie-cutter style, because what if that is what she is most comfortable in? What if this is the look she favors over most? That, in turn, would be her style.
I honestly think that a celebrity's style reflects most on the red carpet or at events rather than every day life.....unless you enlist the help of a stylist and then well, you just don't have style and your wasting money!
Events and red carpets are where you see more creativity and people who want their pictures in the papers or on the news channels (by that I mean E!). Everyday life is not something they want floating around.

19i don't get the gigantic bag thing. i hope it's emtpy. do you really need to carry that much stuff around with you everywhere?? and if need be, that's what backpacks are for, right?? c'mon, y'all, i know i'm not alone on this!! i mean, maybe if we were still back in the days of bag phones, ok, then i'd allow it. but please, what phone doesn't fit in a pocket these days... you could carry a much smaller & cuter bag. what's in there?? books, scripts?? seriously, these girls, if they're reading anything, you know they carry it around in their hands so everybody can see they're reading something. here's a rule i live by: if it's bigger than my head, i'm not eating it or carrying it.

24It's hard to go wrong with an Hermes scarf. I love it! As for the boots, I don't normally like the jeans-in-my-boots look -- too Jessica Simpson -- but Vanessa looks really cute here. I hope she and Zac worked out their differences; I'd heard they broke up. (Again.) They are a cute couple.
