We've talked about the impracticality of clutches before. They're so small they can only carry the essentials and are usually reserved for evening excursions when you can leave your laptop at home. But with all of the downfalls of the clutch, sometimes they are just too darn stunning to ignore.
Such is the case with Chloe's Elvire Patent Clutch Bag, $1,070. The of-the-moment patent skin and baby stud trim set this apart from your ordinary black clutch. Which is good, as you'll need a reason to fork over your entire paycheck on a clutch that can barely hold said paycheck. At that hefty price, you better carry it to every formal event for the next decade. I know I'd like to!

1This is actually something you could carry for a decade...Several, probably! I have several of my grandmother's clutches that I carry when I go out. Yet, I can think of more useful purposes for my $1000.

I actually need a patent clutch just like that for a wedding i am going to so if anyone can find one for a more reasonable price let me know! This is lovely but a little too much! (or a lot)
