I wear them but in long boots, when it's really cold and I feel the urge to wear a mini skirt.
1i've been wearing them for a while, it gets darn cold in the winter and they fit great under boot-cut jeans.
2I love leg warmers! they are really really easy to knit & I think they are cute as hell!
