The Grecian goddess was alive and well at Alberta Ferretti: toga-inspired minidresses, flowing fabrics, and draped necklines were all present.
Always a master with chiffon, Ferretti did not disappoint with this collection; a Greco-Roman theme plays perfectly to her strengths. Neutral colors inspired by ancient architectural structures dominated the palette, interspersed with vivid pops of violet, yellow, green, and orange hither and thither.
The collection was largely without print, except for a silver filigree or a tone-on-tone subtle embellishment. But the clothing didn't need much adornment — the clothes fell in a way that made any other distraction unnecessary.

The drape-y trend is getting old but I like these designs because they have a good mix of draping and structure. I might be able to work with a few of them
