While the Spring collections were applauded, by retailers and editors alike, for their bursts of color and various prints, I wonder how the boots of Spring will go over. My eyes zeroed in on these fierce boots models strutted on the Givenchy, Balenciaga, and Miu Miu catwalks. These elaborate boots are fit for warriors; or, for the wardrobe of a sci-fi film. I can definitely see the Olsens daring to wear these, or the top reigning editors. If you had the means, would you dare?

1Theyre much more outrageous than the Chanel boots from last spring, and while I would maybe not wear any of these, I do long for the Chanel's and wouldn't be opposed to something cut-out like as long as the colors or patterns weren't too outrageous.

12The boots are beautiful as far as works of art go, however I don't think they are realistic in any way.
13who would wear these boots? what people would wear for the sake of fashion or being "in" fashion bewilders me. i swear i love fashion, but i draw the line when i have to look like a fool.

I dislike the third pair. Love, love, love the middle - imagine with a little black jumpsuit, or more neon - for a little rave somewhere.
First pair, maybe with quite a deconstructed outfit, like parchment coloured wrap/bubble skirt, thin white top, shredded black leather corset-y thing.
It would need careful dressing, but it would be so amazing if done right.
