Monarchy attempted the menswear theme that many designers have been dabbling with recently. Only, their route was more boyish than manly. This particular look reminds me a lot of Hansel from the German fairytale. On the runway (or green carpet in this case), it looks whimsical and cute, but on the streets, it would look wacky. Perhaps it would be a fashionable Halloween costume? What do you say?

I actally do like it. All of it put together looks pretty good, I could never pull it off...but yea I do like it
Whats with the granny panties?
for Halloween - yes!
for every other day - no!
Cross between the two..
thank you, mbrown...my thoughts exactly. looks less like haute couture and more like a very unfashionable bathing suit.
this is hideous
not loving the camel toe.
There's something quirky and cute about it.
I've no idea what to make of this, …maybe she’s about to go yodeling
those pieces may be interesting on their own or in another outfit but together it's just poorly styled.
Haha, granny panties is right!
They managed to even make that waif look chunky. That look is horrific.
This make the person look like theyhave on too big of a size for their body.
She didn't feel her skirt slipping before entering the catwalk
I like the top part, but those "granny panties" (perfectly put) are just scary.
I'm split. Top is quirky and cute, especially with that hat, but I simply can't get past the shorts. A little longer, mid-thigh, perhaps, and she might be able to pull it off. As it is...Not so much.
Ewww wedgie-shorts!
The shorts look like Spanx or Granny underwear.
