Roberto Cavalli is synonymous with nightlife: bold animal prints, party-ready dresses and gowns, and of course, lots of glamour. When it was announced that he is doing a holiday collection for H&M, I hoped to see all three. I'm happy to say it looks like I won't be disappointed; if these ads for the collection are any clue, there will be more than enough glitz and glamour to go around — at affordable prices, too!
I'm dizzied by stripes and spots, and what a Fab gold flapper dress! The ads, shot by Terry Richardson, really embody a fun, carefree life, and they make me want to hoof it down to H&M on November 8. What about you?

5I love H&M and I'm looking forward to seeing all the pieces. I saw a jacket from the collection in Instyle magazine (I think that was the magazine) and it was only $200.00. That's pretty good for Roberto Cavalli.

I've never actually been to any openings of these H&M designer lines- I hear the more popular they are the faster they will sell out (i.e. within an hour of store opening)- has anyone ever been? Are there usually alot of pieces in each size?

23I am SOOO excited about this! I love when designers team up with H&M! And I love Roberto Cavalli! I am going to be in line right when they open. When H&M did this with Victor and Rolf I was there like half an hour after they opened and more than half of it was GONE!!!!!!

I love some....I would so like to go check out this collection but from experience I know there's gonna be complete chaos!!! They sell out within less than 2 hours...

31I heard that standing in line at around 6am was a good idea (I asked someone working at H&M and that's what she told me)...it may be early, but it will be worth it!

39YES! it is crazy..be prepared. When I went people grabbed whole racks of jeans or whatever-without looking at sizes- or anything and then ran to the changing rooms.. kind of ridiculous.. I am still disappointed that I missed the Karl Lagerfeld for H&M collection..

44I wrote a short piece on this the morning we got the footage in from Reuters... I loved his black and white stuff... For an unknown to me reason I don't wear animal prints, it's just never occurred to me, I don't think I'm opposed but leopard and zebra just don't end up being on the clothing I buy.
45His black and white tailored pieces and gold short dresses w/ ruffles and asymmetrical cuts, however, are to die for!
H&M is a hit-or-miss for me. Sometimes I arrive and I want to take the ENTIRE store with me and sometimes I get there and I leave empty-handed bc I didn't find anything that caught my eye....weird but true...

I exact same thing happens to me!!! It seems that you almost have to go there everyday and check it out.. because most of the good things go so quick!
47I love some of the pieces. But I wonder how they would look in person. Usually, H&M clothes would look good in the pictures, but when you look close, you look cheap and they are. And they don't fit as well as in the pictures. But I still want to check out the collection.
