The Hollywood Film Festival brought out a gaggle of famous stars last night. Actress Amanda Bynes stood out because of her youthful, slick style. Her Alice & Olivia tunic dress has just the right amount of sequins to make her shine but not blind the cameras. And need I even comment about those fringe Loubs? I think not; they leave me speechless!

I agree with pinkflats, the hair needs to be up. The dress is similar to things we've seen on other celebs, I'm sort of over the sequin trimmed dresses, nothing special IMO.

6These are the exact same or very close to the pink frilly loubs that Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) wore on Sex and the City. I love these shoes but they don't make them in my size.

14She's a total cutie - Pinkflats and BlondeBombshell, Amanda pretty much doesn't wear her hair up b/c she has a very round face and the long hair makes her face look slimmer, you'll pretty much never see her with her hair up!
15oh i know that she a round face DCStar and that she rarely wears her hair up but i just think certain outfits call for hair being up and this is one of them. as i've noticed the hair at times makes an outfit worse or better, and with her down it's doing nothing to the sleekness and high-fashiony (i knoow that's not a word) of the dress. it's makes her look ordinary.

24i LOOOOVED amanda bynes on her show what i like about you and i used to think she was so pretty...she should go back to how she looked on the show. the more natural look works better for her. the makeup is CAKED ON now!
