Nicky Hilton was taking a casual stroll on Beverly Blvd. in her shrunken Kate Moss for Topshop vest, black skinny jeans and buckled flats. All the items I just described are old timers on the fashion scene (Kate also has the same vest), but what's new and divine is her Burberry Prorsum studded bag. It adds mega oomph to her simple outfit. For such a gorgeous piece, I'm shocked that no other celebs are carrying it. I bet Nicky likes it that way.

9I love that Nicky sticks to what she likes and what she knows works for her. If it's comfortable why not wear it out? Her bag does give the outfit a more current spin though.
