I never thought sweaty armpit stains would afflict me until recently when I wore a long-sleeve top at a crowded bar. It was definitely hot in there and no Nelly, taking off all my clothes was not an option!
Had I bought myself these Fashion First Aid Stopits Underarm Garment Protectors ($20) I could have avoided that problem. Simply apply the stick-on cotton liner to your clothing and you're dry to go. Available online at Asos.

thank god for this... I think sweat stains are nasty!! and really take away from a look
1More people should wear these...ha.
2I found some old dresses in our attic that had this attachment area near the armpit area that my mom told me was where woman would attach basically a sweat handkerchief to absorb the perspiration from being in such fabrics.
3Fab, you read my mind! I thought there was something like this out there, but I couldn't for the life of me remember where (or even if) I had seen it.
I sure could use some of these. I live in the South and it is HUMID in my city, so sweat is a major problem - I even got sweaty walking to class today, AND IT'S NOVEMBER!
When I went shopping with a bunch of my friends recently, one of them rejected a white top, saying, "I can't wear white shirts because I get sweat stains," and a few of us nodded in agreement.
These would be especially good for more expensive items that one couldn't afford to ruin!
4awesome idea!
5I am one of the more people that should wear these.
6Cameron Diaz needs these! LOL!!
7this is why I avoid silk shirts.
8thats a really good idea. if you don't have those you can use thin panty liners...(thanks cosmo:))
9i NEED these!!!!
10This would be awesome if they weren't $20. I mean, a pantyliner would do the same thing.
11wow, a pantyliner is a great alternative! thanks for the suggestion!
12lol...at least Cosmo is good for something besides telling you how to "make your man HOT 4 U!"
13thin panty liners is the way to go. way cheaper. unscented is best
