Is Kate Moss sliding from the graces of fashion? British Harper's Bazaar seems to think so.
The magazine, which releases its best dressed women in Britain 2007 list tomorrow, placed Moss in 10th place this year, even though she topped the list in 2004, came second in 2005, and was third in 2006.
Russian model Natalia Vodianova was named best-dressed woman of 2007, followed by British actress Thandie Newton and British model Agyness Deyn, who has been crowned "the new Kate Moss" by the British press.
Meanwhile, British actresses Sienna Miller (18th), Keira Knightley (21st), Rachel Weisz (22nd), Kate Winslet (23rd) and Emma Watson (24th) did not make the top ten. Do you think Natalia deserves the number one spot?!

2Agyness kind of puts me off. Personal opinion, of course, but...feh.
Kudos on acknowledging Emily Blunt, though, she's gorgeous.
3Natalia definitely deserves to be #1. I love her fashion choices. She is gorgeous, smart, and a good role model for young girls.
4emily blunt, thandie newton, and helen mirren are the only ones i care in this list.

7Natalia is pretty awesome. Sometimes I think it's a bit over the top, but she takes risks. Lily Allen? I mean, she's cute and all, but damn. Thandie Newton is amazing. My friend Katherine Giuffre should be on this list.

I don't know how some of these people dress (JK Rowling), so I wouldn't really know about them. It'd be interesting to see the reasoning behind some of the choices.
And Irina beat Kate? Shoot. That's gotta hurt (OK, not really, but you know what I mean...)
Putting Kate at number ten makes it seem like they didn't really think she was all that great, but stuck her there because they wanted her to make the top ten.

16I love the dress Natalia is wearing, but I just think being fashionable comes with the territory of being a model. If you are not fashionable as a model than you are blinded by all that is around you! They are given clothes and rub cheeks with designers on a daily for goodness sake. It's just such an easy pick.
17What a strange choice of top 3! I don't mind how Natalia dresses, and she did well with her pregnancy choices, but she's certainly not the best dressed. Agyness' style is just a mishmash of Hoxton/Shoreditch/nu rave cliches, and Thandie dresses perfectly nicely but not necessarily outstandingly well, IMO.

27Wow! I definitely love the choice of Natalia! She has been my favorite model for a few years now, I think she's absolutely gorgeous! And props to Lily Allen, too. You know she's peeing her pants with excitement right now that she is #5 on that list.
