Louis Vuitton's Spring 2008 collection had a lot of colorful and playful accessories, one of them being this Louis Vuitton Colorblock Monogram Bag. I love colorblocking but this bag's hues may be too bubbly for my taste. Do you agree?

If that wasn't that expensive I would buy it as a christmas gift for my 8 years old daughter.

10It looks like the color palette M&M's uses when it's Easter... and those things on the side actually look kind of like M&M's! I've never really been a fan of pastels, so I don't really like it. The shape is okay, but the colors... yuck!

29i think that bag is tacky on it's own, but i also just am not a fan of LV period anymore. i think the designs are, for the most part, either stodgy and boring or ridiculous. i don't care how much they cost and how much carrying one signals that you've "arrived," they are seriously overdone. any time an item becomes a status symbol instead of a functional stylish piece in it's own right without the label or the price tag, i'm over it.

38Was this designed for their children's line? I don't even know if LV has a children's line, but so many insanely pricey designer names have an insanely pricey children's line now. Yeah. For something someone will grow out of in no time flat.
